The next-generation Daewoo Matiz was recently presented in Paris as the concept car called Chevrolet M3X, a small city car that might soon infiltrate the American sub-sub-compact market. The tiny four-seater would lock horns with Smart, and possibly Mini, who should be particularly interested in whooping the M3X's ass since it indisciminately uses Mini's rear end and interior designs.
